Industry: Waterwaste/ Piping Solutions
Location: International Business Park
Working Hours: Monday Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Issue Sales order, send Purchase order acknowledgement & proforma invoice ( if necessary ) to customer
• Issue Purchase order and send to vendors
• Delivery follow up
• Shipping arrangement with customer & vendors
• Issue Delivery Note for delivery service
• Issue Tax invoice
• Monthly report
• Follow up on Payment
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum N Level or Diploma and above
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales support and administration
