Admin Executive [Assistant Manager, University]

Location: Pioneer
Period: 6 months + 6 months
Salary: up to $5200 per month

• Support undergraduate assessment and examination administration,including marks processing and preparation of reports for School meetings.
• Administer the nomination and conferment of academic medals andbook prizes in accordance with university policies and guidelines.
• Collect, compile, analyse, and prepare reports using data from multiple sources, while maintaining systematic records and archives.
• Coordinate the administration of joint programmes and inbound non-graduating research internship programmes.
• Respond to enquiries from students and faculty on academic processes and related operational matters.
• Participate in and support ad hoc student administration projects and initiatives.
• Perform counter reception duties, when required.
