Admin Executive (Examination Unit) School

Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Admin Executive (Examination Unit) to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation and administration of quizzes, class tests, and examinations.
• Liaise with lecturers and module leaders on examination paper moderation and assessment requirements.
• Plan and allocate examination resources, including venue bookings and invigilator deployment.
• Maintain and update examination schedules.
• Prepare assessment materials for both on-campus and online examinations.
• Ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate post-examination activities, including marking timelines and moderation processes.
• Liaise with academic staff on post-moderation requirements.
• Update student graduation status and examination outcomes in the relevant systems following Examination and Awards Board decisions.
• Prepare documentation and provide administrative support for Examination Board meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Prior experience in educational or examination settings would be an advantage
