About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
The position begins as a 3-month part-time engagement/probation, with a structured performance review at the end of the period. Based on your performance and mutual fit, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Admin Executive role.
In addition, we fully sponsor all 4 CMFAS certification papers, allowing you to broaden your knowledge of the financial services industry. After your probation, you'll have the option to:
- Continue your career as a Full-Time Admin Executive, or
- Explore a transition into a Financial Advisor role if you're interested.
There is absolutely no obligation to become a Financial Advisor. The choice is entirely yours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle data entry and prepare reports
- Assist with client servicing and administrative follow-ups
- Support event coordination and team activities
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification (or equivalent)
- Fresh Graduates are Welcomed to Apply!!
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive learning attitude and willingness to grow
- Comfortable pursuing all 4 CMFAS certification papers (fully sponsored by the company)
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Career Progression
Phase 1 – Part-Time (First 3 Months)

- Learn administrative operations within the financial services industry
Phase 2 – Performance Review
After 3 months, we'll conduct a performance review to discuss:
- Your performance and development
- Your career interests
- Suitability for a full-time role
You may choose to:
- Continue as a Full-Time Admin Executive, or
- Explore becoming a Financial Advisor if it aligns with your career goals.
Conversion to a Financial Advisor role is entirely optional.
