Admin Executive - Legal ($2,800 AWS PB 21 days Leave)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyers, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
• Handle client enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring professional and timely responses
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings
• Manage physical and electronic case files, ensuring proper organisation and confidentiality
• Support legal filings and submissions, including coordination with courts and relevant authorities
• Track key deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on matters and client requirements
• Maintain accurate client records, databases, and documentation
• Assist with invoicing and general administrative processes within the practice

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree with 2–4 years of administrative experience
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication skills in English

Additional Information

• Permanent role, 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–6:00pm)
