Job Summary

As an Admin Executive in the marine industry, you will manage administrative operations, coordinate with port authorities, and support documentation and invoicing to ensure smooth office and port-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office support tasks to maintain efficient operations
• Communicate effectively with Ports authority and operations staff via phone, email, and face-to-face to coordinate activities
• Assist with Jurong port procedures, including preparing and processing MPA/ICA documentation and arranging travel logistics
• Maintain and update filing systems to ensure accurate and organized record-keeping
• Process invoices accurately and coordinate related administrative workflows
• Execute assigned ad-hoc duties to support team and operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Other Information

• Location: Jurong
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
