Admin Executive (Research)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor research project fund utilisation against research project budgets
• Verify expenditure records in the Research Management Portal
• Manage research progress records and research project data
• Perform project administration tasks such as coordinating purchase of equipment for research projects
• Collate interim and end-of-project research reports as well as research project statement of accounts
• Provide admin support to Research Department
• Perform other tasks as required by the Research Team

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in MS Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
