About the Role
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3,340/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 9-month contract

Summary
Support the Social Service Office (SSO) in processing financial assistance schemes. You'll be the person ensuring applications are properly screened, verified, and recommended — helping lower-income households get the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process social assistance scheme applications for lower-income households
• Screen applicants and verify documents against eligibility criteria
• Assess appeal cases and errors in auto-processing workflows
• Prepare recommendations for Approving Officer review
• Track and monitor application numbers

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree holder in any related discipline
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in accuracy matters
• Comfortable communicating with members of the public
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
