A government-related regulatory team is hiring an Admin Officer to support day-to-day administrative and operational work linked to a national electric vehicle charging framework. The role focuses on processing applications, maintaining accurate records, handling public enquiries, and supporting inspection and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
You will support operational and compliance activities across several workstreams, including:
Processing and reviewing application submissions related to equipment registration, including cases that require clarification or follow-up.
Managing administrative outputs linked to approval processes, including preparing documentation, printing letters, and coordinating mailing of official items to applicants.
Maintaining inventory records for operational materials such as printed labels, envelopes, and related supplies to ensure continuity of daily processing work.
Keeping internal records accurate and updated to support regulatory tracking and audit readiness.
Responding to public and applicant enquiries in a clear, professional manner, particularly those related to registration and application status.
Processing refund-related requests according to established procedures and timelines.
Supporting field teams with periodic compliance checks at selected locations as part of regulatory enforcement work.
Requirements
A background in any discipline is acceptable.
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with a high level of accuracy required.
Good written and verbal communication skills, especially when handling external-facing enquiries.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and basic office systems for tracking and reporting.
Prior experience in administrative, operations, or regulatory support work will be an advantage.
Job Details
Nearest MRT: Upper Thomson MRT Station
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6.00pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: $2,800 per month
