Job Description - Admin Sales Coordinator

This client company specialized in Precision Surface Finishing Equipment.

Job Highlights

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working days: 5-day
Working hours: 6.30pm to 6.15pm
Benefits: AWS & Bonus included

Job Responsibilities: -

Attend to customers enquiries and prepare quotation for locals & overseas customers
Monitoring of orders, prepare Delivery order, invoice and liaised with forwarder for export shipment
Account related duties: AR, AP and order Entries partial set of account

Job Requirements: -

Min 2 years working experience in preferably with Trading and import and export sales
LCCI or Diploma in any Business Admin related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Act! Software
Meticulous, highly driven, and self-motivated
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and adapt to changes
Able to converse in English and Chinese
