We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Staff to support our growing financial advisory team. If you have experience in the insurance industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and advisory team.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance applications and policy servicing requests.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Handle general office administration and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance or financial advisory industry is preferred.
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
