Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Administration Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our computer and IT service business across multiple branches in Singapore.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating branch operations, supervising staff performance, managing customer relations, overseeing the company’s online presence and digital platforms, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, and supporting overall business operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative and operational activities of all company branches.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure smooth business operations across retail and service departments.
• Supervise and support branch staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement administrative procedures and operational policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with technical teams, customer service staff, and management to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor customer service operations and maintain strong customer relationship management across all branches.
• Monitor computer repair operations, networking support activities, and technical service coordination across branches.
• Support company website management, online platforms, and digital business operations.
• Manage inventory coordination, stock movement, purchasing records, and branch documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment, IT systems, and workplace facilities.
• Assist in planning and managing online marketing activities, digital promotions, social media presence, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities and support business development initiatives to strengthen the company’s online presence and customer engagement.
• Prepare operational reports, branch performance updates, and administrative documentation for management review.
• Assist in manpower planning, staff coordination, recruitment support, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Handle vendor coordination, supplier communications, and service agreements for branch operations.
Working Hours
• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Candidate may be required to work on Sundays or public holidays when necessary to support business operational requirements.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in administration, operations management, or retail branch management.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in computer repair, IT troubleshooting, networking, and technical support operations.
• Good understanding of website management, web development processes, and digital business systems.
• Good knowledge in online marketing, social media promotions, and digital advertising platforms to support the company’s online presence and marketing activities.
• Experience in managing multiple branches or outlets will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in IT, computer retail, or technical service industry will be an added advantage.
