Job Title: Administration Manager cum Accountant

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & Audit Assistance: Act as the key internal liaison to assist external corporate audit firms in preparing financial statements, and support internal accountants with daily bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.

• Credit Control & Collections: Conduct proactive phone call follow-ups with clients regarding progressive payments, milestone billings, and outstanding receivables.

• Project Liaison & Verification: Interface directly with Project Managers and cross-functional site teams; collaborate with third-party consultants/inspectors to verify project progression and successfully secure Progress Certificates.

• Government & Regulatory Compliance: Manage comprehensive corporate and site compliance with Singapore statutory boards, including executing applications for Site Commencement Permits (BCA), Factory/Dormitory Housing Permits (MOM), and processing annual BCA Builders/CRS Certification renewals.

• Global Procurement & Cost Control: Coordinate overseas material procurement directly from suppliers in China. Calculate monthly material wastage/attrition rates and compile data-driven reports for Project Managers and the Budgeting/Quantity Surveying (QS) department to achieve corporate cost-control objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard administrative management software.

• Language Capabilities: Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) are highly preferred to seamlessly interface with a diverse portfolio of localized clients, external authorities, and overseas vendors in China.

• Professional Traits: Analytical mindset with strong attention to numbers, highly organized, resilient under pressure, and capable of multi-tasking across finance, compliance, and supply chain functions.

• Experience: Prior administrative, compliance, or operational experience within the Singapore Construction / Engineering / Main Con sector will be an added advantage.
