Job Description - Administrative

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience; experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good document control and filing skills.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation (e.g. quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, permits, and project records) is preferred.
  • Experience liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies (e.g. MOM, BCA, HDB) is an advantage.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project teams.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other project documents.
  • Maintain proper filing and document control systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Assist with permit applications, project submissions, and compliance documentation.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office records.
  • Perform general office administration and other duties as assigned.
