Handling administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents
· Answering phone calls
· Assist Admin to prepare company related documents
· Following up on the payment response certifications and backcharges invoices from clients
· Able to work independently
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
· Strong time management
· Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
· Proficient in MS Office
· Min GCE 'N' Level
