Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operational and staff-related administration. This role ensures smooth processes, compliance, and effective coordination across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff documentation (e.g. work permits where applicable, passports) and ensure timely renewals.
  • Administer healthcare insurance and track required certifications or training.
  • Maintain attendance records, including clock-in and clock-out timings across job sites.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement.
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements and onboarding logistics.
  • Arrange travel (e.g. flights for home leave) and monitor leave records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
