a) Handle and coordinate all administrative tasks for onboarding / off boarding - new hire work permit application, new hire orientation, renewal and repatriation including system updates and documentation;
b) Monitor and keep track of foreign workers work permit expiry & passport expiry including system updates and documentation;
c) Coordinate and organize year end printing - corporate gift, corporate uniform for staff, etc;
d) Assist and back up Personal Assistant and Manager(s) whenever require;
e) Handling general correspondence, office supplies, and providing support to Personal Assistant whenever require;
f) Back up Receptionist whenever require;
g) Coordinate and organize company dinner / functions / corporate gift / staff & workers welfare / condolences matters;
h) Coordinate on workers dormitory matters;
i) Overseas and supervise tea lady;
j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time totime as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE N / O Level / A Level / Diploma;
· At least 3-4 years of administrative, secretarial, or office management experience in Construction / Engineering industry;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, time management and good communication skills;
· Maintaining discretion when handling sensitive company or employee information.
