Administrative Executive [5 DAYS / WOODLANDS] (KCKC)

Location: Woodlands
Salary: S$2,200 to S$3,200 per month, depending on experience
Working days & time: 5 days (take turn work weekends); 7:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities 

• Handle customer service enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
• Assist with order processing and customer account matters
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in the system
• Order raw materials and trading products when required
• Conduct stock tallying, stock checking, and assist with inventory records
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administrative tasks
• Prepare, update, and maintain documents, records, and reports
• Draft simple emails and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
