Administrative Executive (Accounting Support)

Administrative

1. Manage document filing and maintain organized records.
2. Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
3. Handle incoming mail and general office administration.
4. Prepare project files and company documentation.
5. Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and external parties.
6. Provide administrative support across related companies.
7. Assist with general office operations and ad hoc duties.

Accounting Support (Occasional)

1. Scan and organize invoices and accounting documents.
2. Assist with invoice preparation and billing when required.
3. Support payment tracking and basic expense monitoring.
4. Assist with GST-related documentation and reporting.
5. Prepare simple accounting reports and payment documents as needed.
6. Provide support to the finance function on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
2. Prior administrative experience is preferred.
3. Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage but not required.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
6. Organized, meticulous, and able to multitask.
7. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
