Administrative Executive cum Sales Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall administrative and logistic work, assistance and support to sales division

• Provide Account related work including Payment to Supplier, AP, AR, etc

• Familiar with Accounting Software added advantage, else training will be provided

• General Administrative work duties including data entry, filing, sorting, updating data, etc

• Handle daily chore

• 5 days week

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level

• Proficient in MS Office Software

• Resourceful and able to work independently

• Good interpersonal and communications skills

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Independent with ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Good planning and organisational skills

• Team Player

• Able to converse fluently.
