Administrative Executive cum Teaching Assistant

Job Description

The Lab Education Centre is looking for a responsible and proactive Administrative Executive cum Teaching Assistant to support the daily operations of the centre. This role combines administrative duties, customer service, sales follow-up, and basic teaching support to ensure smooth operations across the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Customer Service Duties

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative operations
• Handle enquiries from parents and students via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
• Follow up on sales leads, trial classes, and course enrolments
• Assist with course renewals and retention follow-ups
• Support scheduling of classes, make-up lessons, and trainer arrangements
• Maintain accurate trainee records, attendance, and payment status
• Prepare reports and assist with operational coordination when required

Teaching Assistant & Relief Teaching Duties

• Support trainers during classes and workshops when needed
• Assist trainees during coding, robotics, and technology-related lessons
• Conduct relief teaching for classes when trainers are on medical leave or unavailable
• Ensure classroom discipline, safety, and smooth lesson flow
• Assist with preparation of teaching materials and classroom setup

Requirements

• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with parents and children
• Basic interest in education, coding, robotics, or technology is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or teaching is an advantage
• Training will be provided
• Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
