Administrative Executive (Healthcare) (12-mth contract Up to $3.5k Central)

About the Role
📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Central
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3.5K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate inter-agency appointments
• Handle email correspondence and prioritise matters for senior management
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports
• Arrange official travel and process expense claims
• Coordinate meeting logistics and maintain documentation
• Ensure compliance with public sector governance and records management policies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in any related discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in admin or executive support
• Experience supporting senior management
• Strong in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
• Organised, discreet, and able to work independently
