Job Description - Administrative Executive (Hospital/ Allied Health) #HZO

Salary: Up to $5K

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for daily operations of assigned allied health departments, including front counter services, partnering Allied Health Leads and all other staff working within the department to solve system and process problems.
  • Manage annual financial budgeting and periodic reviews of expenditures to achieve financial prudency for assigned allied health department
  • Manage all procurement needs for assigned allied health department
  • Monitors utilisation rates of services and drives initiatives toimprove utilisation of resources.
  • Manage risk and audit matters for assigned allied healthdepartments.
  • Track, monitor and make recommendations to department KPIs andquality indicators for continuous improvements of services delivered forassigned department Contribute to the strategic evolution of departments’systems and applications on cloud storages, leveraging Synapxe/privatesolutions to optimize service provision and achieve long termcost-effectiveness.
  • Prepares annual IT workplan submissions in consultation withdepartment leads and system manager. Coordinate acquisition and implementation.
  • Assess and handle EPIC change requests from users. Handle buildchanges to fulfill user requirement or resolution of root cause.
  • Support integrations work between various internal systems andexternal client systems, compliance to security requirements, ensuring seamlessdata flow and functionality.
  • Upgrade existing IT systems to meet new requirements. Work closelywith key staff in supported departments, automate workflow by using ITsolutions whenever possible.
  • Supports System Manager in:
  • Maintenance of department's servers, EUCs.
  • Acquisition and implementation of computer system and accessories.
  • Compilation of schedule workload statistical reports.
  • Undertaking of scheduled and ad hoc data extraction andcompilation as required by users.
  • Price updates, charge rectification and audit activities..
  • Maintaining contracts and following-up with system vendors anddepartment
  • Responsible to review, update and implement IT SOPs according toMOH, cluster and Synapxe directive, including business continuity measuresduring downtime.
  • In-charge of regular IT audits for assigned allied health departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in any relevant field
  • Min. 3-4 years relevant experience preferably in healthcare IT
