ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE MK-INJ-A-B18

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
• Handle scheduling, emails, and office coordination across multiple teams
• Maintain important documents and records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and other administrative paperwork
• Assist in arranging travel and accommodation bookings when required
• Work closely with management to streamline and improve internal processes
• Take charge of office inventory, supplies, and procurement
• Assist in organising team events and internal office engagements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
