** Base: Singapore
** Key Responsibilities
1、 Undertake procurement and regular stocktaking of office stationery and general supplies.
2、 Handle front desk reception, oversee office cleanliness and access control.
3、 Receive and dispatch official documents, couriers and mails; sort,file and securely store all administrative and financial records.
4、 Liaise with property management, cleaning contractors and external partners for routine communication, coordination and issue resolution.
5、 Possess sound knowledge of Singapore financial and tax compliance regulations; support ACRA annual filings and external audits, and liaise with banks on daily banking matters.
6、 Assist with collation and filing of tax documents as well as preparation and submission of Singapore GST returns.
7、 Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operation of the company and departments.
** Requirements
· Education: GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a similar industry, outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
· Skills: Excellent communication skills and coordination capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
· Singaporeans and PR will be given priority for this role.
