Administrative Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the office. The role involves providing administrative support across administration, sales coordination, procurement, logistics and document control functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Administration and Sales teams.
• Prepare and process documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other business records.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and company databases.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments to support daily operations.
• Follow up on customer orders, supplier deliveries and logistics arrangements.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence and general enquiries.
• Assist with document control, record maintenance and office administration activities.
• Support finance-related administrative tasks, including invoicing and payment documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
