Job Description & Requirements

Duties include:

• Work Permit & S Pass applications/renewals

• CoreTrade applications & arranging worker courses

• Dormitory check-in/out records

• Accounts payable data entry & receivables follow-up

• Checking staff work hours, overtime, MC & absence records

• Matching delivery notes with invoices

• Scanning & filing letters/invoices

• Perform data entry and maintain records

• Assist in processing and sorting documents

• Organise files and ensure proper documentation

• Provide administrative support to the department as required

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • 14 Days Annual Leave
  • 14 Days MC
  • Full CPF contribution (Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply)
  • 5.5 day work, 9am–6pm
