Shipping Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to support daily shipping operations, courier coordination, and documentation management between the plant and distribution center. This role also involves handling courier services, supporting scrap sales activities, and ensuring accurate operational records in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping operations and related administrative processes
• Coordinate shipping requests between the plant and Distribution Center (DSDC)
• Process and arrange courier service shipments, including scheduling and tracking
• Handle courier-related Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation
• Perform daily audits of transfer forms (Plant to DSDC) for data accuracy
• Coordinate hand-carry documents, consignment shipments, and SRMD processes
• Support weekly scrap sales activities with vendors and the finance team
• Assist in preparing and managing scrap sales documentation
• Liaise with courier service providers to ensure timely shipment execution
• Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support preferred
• Familiarity with courier operations and shipment documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Good coordination and communication skills across departments and vendors
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Excel, email, documentation systems)
