Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Assist with data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Support basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
