InnerSkin Medical Aesthetic Clinic is a doctor-led medical aesthetic clinic focused on skin regeneration, skin longevity, and personalised treatment planning.

Our concept is built around improving skin quality from within through evidence-based treatments, advanced technology, medical injectables, and long-term skin programmes.

We are looking for a strong Clinic Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our first clinic at United Square.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, commercially strong, service-oriented, and excited to grow with a new premium aesthetic clinic brand.

Role Overview

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for daily clinic operations, patient experience, team leadership, sales performance, service standards, and overall clinic presentation.

You will work closely with the Medical Director, doctors, consultants, and therapists to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and patients receive a premium, trusted experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Oversee appointment flow, doctor schedules, treatment room readiness, and patient waiting time
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, calm, premium, and consistent with the InnerSkin brand
• Manage rostering, attendance, leave planning, and daily manpower deployment
• Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, consultants, therapists, and front desk

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive monthly clinic revenue and sales targets
• Monitor enquiries, consultation conversion, package sales, treatment utilisation, and patient retention
• Guide consultants in ethical, doctor-led treatment recommendations
• Support the team in achieving both personal and clinic sales targets
• Review daily sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Patient Experience

• Ensure every patient receives warm, professional, and clear communication
• Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism
• Maintain high standards of aftercare follow-up and patient relationship management
• Promote a no-hard-selling culture focused on patient trust and long-term results

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate consultants, therapists, and front desk staff
• Conduct daily briefings and regular team coaching
• Build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven clinic culture
• Set clear service, sales, and grooming standards for the team
• Support staff development and career progression

Inventory & Administration

• Monitor stock levels for consumables, skincare products, injectables, and clinic supplies
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure proper documentation of stock movement
• Ensure accurate billing, payment collection, patient records, consent forms, and clinic reports
• Support compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and medical documentation requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aesthetic clinic, beauty, wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, or service-related industries
• Prior experience in clinic management or team leadership is preferred
• Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills
• Able to manage clinic targets while maintaining excellent patient experience
• Professional, well-groomed, organised, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills in English
• Mandarin or other languages will be an advantage
• Able to work retail hours and weekends

Remuneration

Basic salary: From S$4,500/month, depending on experience
Expected income: S$4,500 – S$11,000/month
High-performing managers: S$12,000+/month
