Aftersales Marketing Specialist

We are partnering with a globally recognized organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector to hire an After Sales Marketing Specialist to support regional service parts and accessories operations across Asia Pacific and global markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior professionals who are looking to build regional exposure in supply chain, logistics operations, and after-sales support within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service parts and accessories orders across Asia Pacific and overseas markets
• Ensure smooth order receiving, processing, and fulfillment operations
• Handle enquiries from distributors and provide timely operational support
• Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on shipment arrangements
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Support customs clearance processes to ensure timely delivery
• Handle warranty claims, short/mispacking reports, and logistics quality issues
• Process supplier and buyer invoice payments through SAP
• Prepare monthly operational and KPI reports
• Support continuous process improvements within the supply chain and after-sales function

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, order processing, customer service, or supply chain operations are also encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and numerical accuracy
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to improve
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI will be advantageous
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Willing to travel within Asia when required
