Assistant HR & Admin Executive (ID6102)
Location: City Hall
Salary: $2,600 – $3,300
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and leave administration
• Support recruitment activities (job posting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups)
• Handle onboarding & offboarding processes and HR documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Assist in work pass application, renewal, and cancellation (MOM)
• Support worker administration, including movement records & accommodation coordination
• Assist in income tax matters (IR8A & IR21 preparation)
• Prepare HR reports, government surveys, and statutory submissions
• Maintain proper HR filing systems and ensure confidentiality
• Support company events and employee engagement activities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
