Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in supporting various projects aimed at strengthening the connection between the start-up ecosystems of Japan and Singapore.

1. General Project Assistant Duties (Innovation Team)
・Support various projects aimed at strengthening the connection between the start-up ecosystems of Japan and Singapore.

■Key Responsibilities:
・Coordination and communication with Singaporean companies, government agencies, and internal stakeholders; participation in meetings
・Promotion through newsletters, social media, and event exhibitions
・Preparation of simple materials using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
・Data entry and progress management in internal databases.
・Preparation of meeting minutes (in Japanese or English)
・Administrative support for seminars and events, assistance in report preparation.
・General administrative and project support tasks
・Business trips to Japan and Southeast Asia (optional, if desired)

2. Innovation Team Projects

(1) Support for Foreign Direct Investment into Japan
・Support for Foreign Direct Investment into the company's Program: supporting overseas companies to establish and expand their business in Japan.
・Market information, business setup support, legal and tax consultation, and coordination with local governments.

(2) Projects for Major Japanese Corporations
・Supports international open innovation leveraging digital technologies.

Job Requirements:

・Minimum Diploma requirement
・Able to communicate in Japanese language skills with Japanese‑speaking stakeholders and clients.
・Experience in organising events (seminars, business meetings, exhibitions, etc.) or experience in marketing roles will be a plus
・Experience in a marketing-related role will be a plus
