Assistant Sales Manager
About the Role
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in managing both retail and online sales operations. This position focuses on improving sales performance, coaching team members and ensuring excellent customer experience across all sales channels.
• Assist in supervising retail and online sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance and daily KPIs.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and business analysis.
• Support recruitment and staff training.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with inventory planning.
• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
