Assistant Traffic Controller.

Overview: -

• Working Location: Pioneer
• Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3000 + AWS

Morning Shift: Mon to Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. until task completed
Sunday : Off

Afternoon Shift: Mon to Fri: 3:30 p.m. until task completed
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. until task completed

Your Responsibilities: -

• Assist in coordinating daily transportation schedules and driver assignments to ensure efficient operations.
• Allocate transport jobs to drivers through the PSA Haulier Community System.
• Monitor delivery progress and update job statuses in a timely manner.
• Track and manage driver movements using the Matrix Net GPS tracking system.
• Liaise with drivers to address operational issues and communicate schedule updates.
• Support documentation processing and transaction management through the PSA Portnet System.
• Coordinate depot bookings and related activities via the CDAS CMS platform.

Requirements: -

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Traffic Control, Transport Coordination, or Logistics Operations is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in 3PL, trucking, freight forwarding, or port-related operations are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of prime mover operations and driver scheduling/coordination will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with PSA Portnet, PSA Haulier Community System, CDAS CMS, and GPS tracking systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
