About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Executive to provide administrative support on a 6-month contract (3 + 3 months). This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional healthcare environment, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
• Manage documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and departmental activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Handle general enquiries and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or in any discipline.
• Prior administrative experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
