Work you’ll do

Within Southeast Asia, the Deloitte Japanese Services Group (JSG) plays a key role in supporting Japanese companies expanding into Southeast Asia. Operating across the SEA-Japan corridor, JSG brings together cross-border specialists and practitioners to enable seamless business delivery, client coordination, and operational support across both regions.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations, client engagement, and the execution of initiatives that are critical to enabling seamless client service delivery across the organisation. 

As an Administrative Associate, you will: 

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners, Directors, and Managers within his/her portfolio 
  • Assist in managing sales/revenue data; prepare periodic summaries/reports 
  • Maintain and update lists and trackers (e.g., client/contact lists, distribution lists, pipeline/engagement trackers), ensuring version control and data hygiene 
  • Prepare invoices and billing documents for payment or reimbursement purposes 
  • Coordinate logistics, including travel and meeting room bookings; upload and maintain files in global in-house systems 
  • Support event logistics for internal and client events (e.g., roundtables, workshops, conferences) 
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials 
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties and support team members as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative/executive assistant/coordinator roles (corporate or 
    professional services)
  • Basic proficiency in English is required
  • Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese is required
  • Experience working in a Japanese business environment is preferred
  • A team player who is able to work independently and demonstrated ability to work well with 
    others effectively in teams
  • Meticulous, possess initiative, with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to hands-on with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS Office skills: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word; familiarity 
    with Teams/SharePoint
