Associate, Procurement / Planning @ One North (1 year renewable agency contract)

Job Description

• Day-to-day operating works for procurement of goods/services
• Assist to raise ePRS/PRAS request, perform Goods/services delivered for our stakeholders with the understanding of procurement workflows
• Track requests, GR and anything in relation to procurement status
• Assist in end-to-end meetings procurement/planning matters
• Assist and support ad-hoc planning seminars and other matters involving planning
• Assist in other matters, when necessary

Requirements

• Minimally Degree in Business and Finance preferred
• Minimally 2-3 year of administrative experience would be an advantage
• Proficiency with Ms. Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),  procurement and finance procedures and processes would be an added advantage. 
• Proficiency with SAP Systems
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
