Provide AV, media and technical support for school-wide events, assemblies, performances and national examinations.
Create and edit multimedia content (videos and digital media) to support school activities and communications.
Conduct hands-on training for staff, class technology representatives and student ICT/Media CCA members on AV/IT equipment and classroom technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for classroom AV/IT equipment, including projectors, visualisers, Apple TV and other presentation systems.
Assist the ICT Manager in resolving staff and student PLD issues, including Device Management Application (DMA) support.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspection and usability checks for all AVA systems, sound systems and multimedia equipment across classrooms and specialised facilities.
Coordinate with school personnel and external vendors on the installation, servicing, maintenance, procurement and repair of AV/IT equipment.
Carry out additional AV, media and ICT-related duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals or the ICT Department.
