1. Manage and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
2. Monitor upcoming account renewals and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure documents are submitted on time.
3. Review customer documents for completeness and follow up on any missing information.
4. Prepare reports, presentation slides, and other materials to support meetings and business reviews.
5. Track business activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and key metrics.
6. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth processing of requests and timely completion of tasks.
7. Maintain and update internal resources, guidelines, and documentation to support business operations.
8. Provide general administrative and operational support to the team while assisting with projects and process improvements as required.
