Job Description - Basic Up $3500 Sales Support Admin (Invoicing)

Basic Up to $3500 (depends on experience)
14 days A/L+ AWS+ Yearly increment+ medical insurance
Mon - Fri / 8.45am - 5.15pm
Location: Sembawang
Transport @ Admiralty, Clementi, Sengkang, Tampines MRT
Marine safety equipment supplier (MNC)

Responsibilities:

Manage service enquiry and process order
Prepare quotation and Invoicing to clients
Process service reports & certificates, delivery documents
Liaise with customer service, technician and warehouse teams
Filing & documentation, data input

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in any field
Experience in handling invoicing
