• Position : Boutique Receptionist – Up to $4,000 – Central – ALL WELCOME!
• Location : Central
• Working hours : Retail Hours (44 Hours Per Week)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL + Grooming and Transport Allowance + Commission and Incentives (to be discussed)
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : High End Luxury Watch Retailer

Responsibilities:

• Attending to phone calls, screening and forwarding calls to necessary personnels
• Attending to emails and assigning emails to sales personnels
• Screening customers and monitoring access to boutique
• Providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact and ensuring CRM data capture for all new clients
• Ensuring that boutique front area is always in best condition
• Updating of calendars and schedule meetings for retail staff
• Tracking welcome materials inventory
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry
• Willing to work retail hours with rotating shift
