BUSINESS ADMIN [INZ-003-07]

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep daily business operations running seamlessly by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling enquiries with efficiency
• Prepare, organise, and maintain business documents, reports, and confidential records in full compliance with company policies
• Ensure client records, data entries, and internal databases are always accurate and up to date to support smooth operations
• Coordinate client enquiries, appointment bookings, and timely follow-ups to deliver a consistently professional service experience
• Support regulatory and documentation compliance by ensuring all records meet internal and industry standards at all times
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and the preparation of clear and accurate financial documentation
• Coordinate meetings end-to-end — from preparing materials and recording minutes through to organising internal events and training
• Keep office operations running smoothly through vendor coordination, supplies management, and cross-team administrative support

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Proficient in spreadsheets and business tools
• Strong interest in operations and business strategy
