Business Analyst (IT Systems & Digital Solutions) #HDC

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across various business functions to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including business process flows, user stories, functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Support system configuration and administration activities, including access management, onboarding processes, and workflow setup.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise system reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and evaluate digital solutions to enhance business efficiency.
• Support change management activities and user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of government and enterprise technology platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in business analysis, systems support, IT operations, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system documentation, or reporting will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, workflow solutions, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
