Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Assistant to support daily business operations with training provided. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone to maintain communication and support sales processes
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate client onboarding and agreements
• Assist with TikTok Shop registration and setup to enable merchant participation on the platform
• Manage social media accounts by updating content and monitoring engagement to support marketing efforts
• Collect and organize client information systematically to maintain up-to-date records
• Conduct basic lead generation and online research to identify potential business opportunities
• Provide administrative and paperwork support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist with interactions involving Mandarin-speaking clients or partners

Location Hybrid Work Arrangement (Work From Home / Onsite)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 10: 00 AM – 7:00 PM
