Business Associate (Dental Practice)

We are looking for a Business Associate to manage the administrative backbone of our dental practice. This role is largely administrative — appointments, billing, claims, records, and office coordination — with a patient-facing element that makes every day rewarding. Enjoy a 5-day work week with stable day hours and all public holidays off. 

What You Will Do 

• Manage the full appointment cycle: scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and follow-ups 

• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately 

• Submit, track, and reconcile dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals 

• Maintain organised clinic records, reports, and filing systems 

• Manage office and dental supply inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination 

• Provide professional front desk support and handle patient enquiries 
  

What You Need 

• Diploma or degree in any discipline (business administration, management, or healthcare-related fields are a plus) 

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills 

• Proficient with computer systems and office software applications 

• Good communication skills — professional yet approachable 

• Able to work rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day 

• Experience in admin, office coordination, healthcare, or customer service is advantageous
