Business Associate Trainee – Healthcare

Looking for a stable role with regular hours and room to grow? Join our dental practice as a Business Associate Trainee. This is a largely administrative role — you will manage appointments, billing, insurance claims, and clinic records. No healthcare background needed; if you have good organisational skills and enjoy helping people, we will train you. Genuine 5-day work week, no night shifts. 

What You Will Do 

• Manage the clinic’s appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling 

• Process patient payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately 

• Submit and track dental insurance claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals 

• Maintain organised clinic records, reports, and filing systems 

• Manage office supplies, dental products, and stationery inventory 

• Provide front desk support: welcome patients, answer calls, and respond to enquiries 
  

What You Need 

• Diploma or degree in any discipline (business administration, management, or related fields are a plus) 

• Good communication and organisational skills 

• Basic computer literacy — comfortable with office software and digital systems 

• Able to work at least one weekend day on a rotating roster 

• No healthcare experience required — full training provided from day one
