About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Coordinator to support trading operations within a dynamic regional team. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end trading activities, including logistics, contract management, and business reporting, to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment execution, logistics, and customs clearance

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation

• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on trading activities

• Issue and manage sales and purchase contracts in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Prepare periodic reports (e.g. GP reports, contract tracking)

• Support business performance monitoring and operational processes
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trading, logistics, or business operations

• Experience in the food industry is an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and business English proficiency

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively
