The Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Account Executive who can wear two hats:generating new business and managing existing client relationships. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to enterprise clients, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
You will help grow our client base while ensuring existing accounts receive excellent service and support — making this a great career launchpad if you want breadth and depth in your early career.
What You Will Do
Business Development:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients and business partners through outbound prospecting
• Support lead generation, outreach campaigns, and sales pipeline management
• Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications
• Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to surface new opportunities
Account Management:
• Support day-to-day communication with existing clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate client onboarding, project timelines, meetings, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships
• Gather client feedback and surface opportunities to grow or strengthen accounts
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity logs
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What We Are Looking For
• Diploma or Degree inBusiness, Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome— we build talent from the ground up
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and organised — able to manage multiple client touch points simultaneously
• Proactive and self-driven, with a genuine interest in clients’ success
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities
• Prior internship in sales, customer service, account management, or consulting is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM or project coordination tools is advantageous
• Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or workforce development is a bonus
