Business Development Coordinator (Data Analyst, Power BI) - TK

• Working location: East area (next to MRT station)

• Variable Bonus provided

• Working Hours: 08:30 to 5:45 pm (Monday to Friday)
  

You will support the Business Development Unit by managing business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. The position enhances operational efficiency, supports decision-making, and prepares reports and materials for 5 Regional subsidiaries and HQ.

(This role does NOT require business development activities.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update sales pipeline, client and competitor data, and market intelligence.

• Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare periodic business development reports for 5 Regional subsidiaries and HQ.

• Support digital transformation through identification of manual processes and implementation of automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).

• Prepare meeting materials, tender support documents, and presentation packages. Ensure documentation and data management according to the Company’s Management System.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent fields

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development support, data management, digitalization, or related roles.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data-handling skills. Experience building dashboards (Power BI) or workflow automation (Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Knowledge or experience in Digital Transformation (DX).

• Working experience in a construction or engineering-related industry.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of civil/building construction (advantageous).
